Member of the Order of Australia
On 13 June 2022, I was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in the Queen's Birthday 2022 Honours List for significant service to nursing and to Indigenous health.
I am honoured to have received this recognition and will continue to fight for improving the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people and nurses throughout Australia.
